Rugs are beautiful, they add a certain look to your home, and you carefully purchased your rug to make your room look exactly how you want it to look. After some time your rug may require some tlc and in need of a repair or restoration service. We have been offering rug repair and restoration services for over 20 years and have many different ways to get your rug looking newer for longer. We do all of our own repairs and restorations, we send nothing to a 3rd party company like a lot of other companies do. Our employees are very knowledgeable in every aspect of rugs and what sort of repair or restoration would be best for it. We offer free on site estimates and will explain exact what needs to be done from start to finish. The entire process will be written on your work order, you will, ofcourse get a copy before any service is started.
When your rug is brought to our facility for service we will take photos before, during and after the process. All photos will be attached to your work order or kept in your file. We will note down any damages to your rug and photograph them as well. We will then contact you and ask if you would like that repair or restoration done. Service can take a week for minor service of up to 3 weeks for more demanding service. Either way, when your rug is delivered back to you the results, you’ll see will be amazing.
We do all types of repairs and restorations, such as, edge work, binding, surging, fringes, backing, seams, color restoring, urine stain removal, mold, mildew, water damage, new rug pads etc. Don’t see the service you are looking for? Call or email us, I am sure we do that service as well.
Your completed rug will come wrapped in either recycled paper or non-toxic plastic, depending on the season. It will be delivered and dropped off or delivered and laid down accordingly. You should then inspect your rug, make sure you are happy with the results. If you are unhappy with the results we will try to fix it for you. If you are satisfied with the results we will put the furniture back and be on our way. We do ask if you are satisfied with our services to please leave us a review on Google.
If you do not have the time for an on-site estimate you can always send us an email with your zip code and a photo of your rug and what you would like to have done. You can also text us with the same information (contact us for text number) or if you like you can chat with us and attach a photo of the rug. Either way, we want to make your rug and restoration with us experience a pleasant one.
